Bradfield School Sixth Form Closure
I am saddened at the news that my old secondary school Bradfield, in Worrall, is having to close the doors to it's 6th form at such short notice. I simply can't imagine what all concerned are having to deal with currently, from the students and their families through to the staff. With my sympathy may I also offer you my support.
I feel it would be deeply insensitive of me to use this as a chance to stand on a soapbox and fire political pot shots. However please be assured that I will be contacting The Education Department and representing all your views on this matter as well as lodging parliamentary questions in writing. If any of those affected wish to use me as a conduit to ask any questions of your own, or merely wish to pass on your comments, then I shall be happy to oblige.
I intend to reach out to the management team at Bradfield to hear more on this matter from their perspective and see how I may be of service to them. An update will be provided as available. I am here to to assist all those I can and in any way I am able. Students, Parents, Siblings, staff and the school executive alike. This also goes for any side consequences resulting from the closure, as well as those directly related to it.
The support of my team and I is always available to my constituents, on this and unrelated matters too. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you need us.
